Health, Wellness, and Cardiovascular Screenings – Shepherd’s Center of Kernersville (NC Baptist Men and Novant Health)

The NC Baptist Men, Novant Health, and The Shepherd’s Center of Kernersville are pleased to partner to bring a health and wellness opportunity to those 50+ in our community. FREE screenings will be offered for a variety of things:
- Body mass index (BMI)
- Waist circumference
- Blood pressure
- Cholesterol
- Triglycerides
- Glucose
- Diabetes risk (a1c)
- Bone Mineral Density
Nutrition counseling and dietitians will also be available for those interest in modifying their diet, diabetes nutrition counseling, and other dietary needs based on your individual health concerns. Call 336.992.0591 to make an appointment for your free screening or to see the dietitian.
