Administrative and Data Coordinator
Position available for Administrative and Data Coordinator who will be responsible for participant intake, understanding and explaining funding source options to families, and assigning funding for attendance based on specific eligibility requirements, monitors funding utilization, forecasts spending, and adjusts funding assignments as needed to ensure fully utilization of state and county funding, responsible for data entry and data management, reporting and record keeping at the Williams Adult Day Center. High school graduate with strong office and computer training and experience including MS Office and cloud-based data management applications. Experience working with governmental funding sources such as Medicaid, Veterans Administration, block grant, etc. and with programs serving older adults.
Position available for IT Director who will serve as the sole IT resource for the organization. Leads, coordinates and executes the Information Technology vision and strategies for the agency. Provide ongoing technical support including diagnosis and resolution of user problems related to supported IT hardware, software, and networking services. Maintenance and testing of network servers and associated equipment. Responsible for adding and maintaining cloud- based users and files, staff IT training, and ongoing support of agency’s IT needs. Responsible for maintaining stock of required hardware. Associates degree with concentration in computer technology or related experience. Minimum of five years of experience in a networked environment. Microsoft certifications a plus.
Position available for Volunteer and Community Relations Coordinator who will be responsible for multiple aspects of community outreach, engagement, and community relationship building. Position develops and implements strategies to meaningfully educate the community about, and engage the community in, Senior Services initiatives and programs. Responsible for identifying a variety of diverse community stakeholders and building and maintaining relationships therein. Serves as lead of the agency volunteer management program to include being the primary person responsible for recruiting and assigning agency volunteers and interns, setting and executing recruitment and retention strategies, guiding organizational volunteer engagement efforts, and working with key organizational staff to streamline processes related to volunteer management such as onboarding, training, matching with programs, recognition, satisfaction, communications, data collecting and reporting. Position directly responsible for serving as staff liaison and support for three volunteer groups. Position supports President and CEO in outreach and coordination of Board and Committee activities.
Position available for Program Specialist to implement the daily program of activities and to provide support and socialization to participants. This position will participate in serving of meals, personal care of participants as needed, greeting visitors, maintaining materials needed for programs and working with students, interns and volunteers as needed. Requires good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team. High school graduate, some college preferred. Previous experience with geriatrics or working with people with dementia required.
