Join us at 11:00 for an informative talk about Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia presented by staff from Cardinal Innovations GAST program. The program will be followed by a delicious, home-cooked lunch. Advance registration is required, please call 336-245-2076 by December 26th to reserve your meal. This event is open to all adults.
