Lunch & Learn: Senior Tar Heel Legislature

We are partnering with The Shepherd’s Center to bring you an important and timely Lunch & Learn program about civic engagement and the Senior Tar Heel Legislature. This group provides  information to senior citizens on the legislative process and matters being considered by the North Carolina General Assembly where it works to promote involvement and advocacy concerning aging issues. Join Forsyth County Representative, Dr. Althea Taylor-Jones, as she talks about current issues being discussed and the importance of having your voice heard.
