Huntington’s Disease Support Group Meeting

We’ll kick off 2016 with some great information about local resources and tips for caregivers!
Join us on January 5, 2016 for a presentation from Kathy Long from Winston-Salem Senior Services!
We’ll talk about resources that are available to the HD community all across the Triad. We’ll learn about tips and strategies to help caregivers and their loved ones with HD.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided!
