Take some time for yourself this holiday season. We will start the day with a 45 minute chair-based yoga class, which is suitable for any fitness level. After class we will enjoy a healthy lunch and hear a presentation by Andy Hagler on strategies for coping with holiday stress. Please register by calling 336-245-2076.
