A Matter of Balance

An event every week that begins at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, repeating until June 5, 2018
A Matter of Balance is an 8-week fall prevention program that emphasizes practical strategies to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels. Representatives from the Area Agency on Aging will be leading these classes as part of our Strong & Stable fall prevention initiative. This session will run April 17th— June 5th.
