Let Seniors in Our Programs Know You Care!
Basic household necessities play a role in helping seniors remain in their homes and are sometimes hard to come by for older adults living alone or with frailty. Our annual Christmas in July item drive helps us provide many basic, yet vitally needed, household goods that help seniors in our programs remain in their homes.
Beginning July 1, contributions and donations can be made at any Forsyth County branch of Piedmont Federal Savings Bank or at Senior Services, 2895 Shorefair Drive (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm).
HOW YOU CAN HELP
- Purchase and drop off wish list items by yourself or with a group.
- Download the list at the button below and deliver items to Senior Services or any Forsyth County Piedmont Federal Savings Bank branch.
- Create your own online Christmas in July fundraiser.
- Gather your team or group and set up a virtual donation drive. Contact Vice President for Community Engagement, Joel McIver to discuss how: jmciver@seniorservicesinc.org or 336-721-6960.
- Make a financial donation for a “Virtual Gift Bag” of the most-need supplies.
- Securely donate any amount online here.
- Mail a check with “Christmas in July” in the memo to Senior Services at 2895 Shorefair Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.
Thanks to you, we will be there to help meet the needs of older adults in Forsyth County during our 12th annual Christmas in July item drive.
