Based on the Tai Chi for Arthritis program, Tai Chi for Falls Prevention (TCFP) is shown to prevent falls, improve balance and overall health, and reduce pain. TCFP consists of a series of gently movements than can be done standing or seated, and is suitable for people of any fitness level.
