Personal Care Supplies

Senior Services accepts many donated supplies, such as adult pull-ups, underpads, booster pads, nutritional supplements like Boost and Ensure, and other such items that can be used by our program participants or by other members of the community in need.  Senior Services is happy to provide a letter of receipt to donors of such items.

Please note there are several items that we are not able to accept, including large medical equipment (hospital beds, Hoyer lifts, power wheelchairs, etc.), medical supplies (oxygen tubing and masks, wound care supplies, orthotics and braces), clothing and bedding, and other portable and durable medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers and canes.

For a full list of items we are able and not able to accept please click here.  If you have a specific question about an item you’d like to donate, please give us a call at 336-725-0907.

We store the donated equipment and supplies and use them throughout the year for program participants in need. Items may be dropped off at our office located at 2895 Shorefair Drive, in Winston-Salem.

Thank you for considering a donation of supplies to help Forsyth County’s elderly in need.
