Q: Where can I find more information about city and county recreation centers and parks?
A: The City of Winston-Salem offers many community and recreation centers throughout the city.  For more information about recreational opportunities through the city and their active adult programs, you can contact any of the centers, call CityLink at 336.727.8000, or visit here to see a list of current activities at each center.  Opportunities include:  sports, bingo, bridge, ceramics, computer labs, dance, exercise, painting, knitting/quilting, etc. To learn more about the park system in Forsyth County click here.

A: The Healthways SilverSneakers Fitness program is an insurance benefit included in more than 65 Medicare health plans.
