The AgingWell Series: Improvisational Movement

The Aging Well Series is a community-wide educational initiative held the second Tuesday of each month from 6pm to 7pm in the Auditorium of the Forsyth County CentralLibrary, 660 W. 5th Street in Winston-Salem.

Improvisational movement: What is Is and How it Can Help You Feel Good and Live Well features:
