Lunch & Learn: Second Harvest

Jane will be discussing ways to lower your food budget while preparing healthy and nutritious meals, with a focus on crock pot and make ahead dishes. She will also talk about getting enough antioxidants from fruits and vegetables, and quality, affordable proteins that are easy to prepare.
