Lecture Night in Camel City is back! Author, fermenter, and food historian Dr. Julia Skinner will speak about the history of the English tea tradition. Skinner is the author of Afternoon Tea: A Tradition, which details the origins of afternoon tea and the role of tea in western history, from the beginnings of colonialism to the present day. Free and open to the public.
