Faith in Action needs volunteers
The Faith in Action Care Program provides supportive services such as transportation, home repairs, friendly visits, and caregiver respite for older adults who wish to maintain independence in their own homes. Caring people like you assist those older adults with these services. Mileage reimbursement offered and meaningful purpose found. Call Drea Parker at (336) 748-0217 or email dparker@shepherdscenter.org to register for the June 7 training and learn more about how you can support older adults in the Greater Winston-Salem area.
Please share with anyone who may be interested in helping an older adult maintain their independence in their own home through companionship or transportation to a medical appointment.
