Yoga and Meditation expert Jacob Felder is back to work with our Triad Area Support Group!
It’s all about movement and meditation!
We’ll welcome back Jacob Felder who will share tips on yoga for people living with HD, and teach us some valuable skills on meditation and mindfulness.
