Senior Services has developed an updated list of care items and personal supplies the organization is able to accept as donations from the community. If you’re thinking of bringing by personal care items throughout the year please review the full updated list here.

The most notable change is that we are no longer able to accept portable medical equipment for distribution. Also, the agency will use any donated items to meet the needs of current Senior Services program participants and will no longer lend items out to the general community. Instead, Senior Services will offer a list of other community organizations and resources who are equipped to accept donations we are not able to take and lend equipment and supplies we are not able to give.

We so greatly appreciate the thoughtful donations of needed supplies and items received from the community in support of area seniors. The changes outlined above will help ensure we continue to collect the most needed items and that those items are distributed to the most vulnerable and in-need seniors we serve.
