Take some time for yourself this holiday season. We will start the day with a 45 minute chair-based yoga class, which is suitable for any fitness level. Join us at the Senior Center for an afternoon of Christmas music and fun. Musical entertainment will be provided by The Salvation Army’s own Major Stan Colbert. Refreshments will be provided. Space is limited, please register at 336-245-2076.
A chair-based class designed to increase balance, flexibility and range of motion. Each 45 minute class will have 15 minutes of warm up and cardio exercise, 15 minutes of resistance work with bands, and 15 minutes of yoga-based stretching. Class is suitable for all fitness levels. Please wear athletic shoes and bring water to drink.
