This popular Tai Chi for Health program is designed to help prevent falls, improve balance and overall health, and reduce pain. TCA consists of a series of gentle movements that can be done standing or seated. No experience is necessary; please wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes. This is a six-week session, from March 6th—April 10th, designed to teach the first 5 forms of TCA. Call 336-245-2076 for more information or to register.
