An event every week that begins at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, repeating until October 8, 2023

Join this weekly movement class led by Christina Soriano of Wake Forest University.

All are welcome and no dance experience is needed. This hour-long class was originally designed for Parkinson’s patients and their carepartners, but can benefit anyone who wants to participate. We spend the first half of class in chairs and all movement can be modified to each individual’s ability.
