Caregiver Lunch and Learn Series

11:15am: Elder Law and Estate Planning 101 for Caregivers – Attorney R. Michael Wells, Sr., will provide basic information that every caregiver needs to know about estate planning and other legal matters. Bring your legal questions and come prepared for an enlightening presentation by one of our areas foremost elder law experts. Mr. Wells is a sought-after speaker who has a gift for communicating difficult legal matters in a way we can all understand.

12:30pm: Active Older Adults Programs – Constance Graham with the William G. White, Jr.,Family YMCA will discuss YMCA programs committed to helping seniors maintain a health lifestyle and strengthen social ties. The programs include: outings, seminars, classes, volunteer opportunities and events designed to promote mental and physical health and independence.
