Candidate will provide telephone and face-to-face consultation to seniors and caregivers with options for aging resources, services and public benefits in Forsyth County. Candidate must possess excellent customer service, organizational, communication, listening and computer skills, and be a team player. Knowledge of community resources, Medicare and Medicaid required. Bachelor’s degree in social work, gerontology or human services required, Master’s level preferred. Experience working with aging population preferred.
